The Rundown


Our Boot Camp session programming is designed to train all aspects of fitness during each of our 90 minute classes. We begin with a full warm up and end with a full stretch/ mobility portion. The "meat" in between these two will be aimed at building both functional strength as well as overall anaerobic conditioning. To ensure that every participant has adequate time for each of these sections we have chosen to offer 90 minute workouts rather than the traditional 60 minutes. This also gives the instructor more time to instruct new clients during the workout portion.

Cost: First Responders- $20/class

           CAC Members- $25/ class

           Non Members- $30/ class
